The inspiration for the Pocketbook Tree was born while casually dining with a few friends. The story began at my favorite local eatery. My girlfriends and I sat down as we normally do, placed our bags on our chairs and began to chat while looking over the lunch menu. Call if fate or the universe calling out to me, but for some reason on this particular day, my bag kept falling off my chair and landing on the floor.  I eventually resorted to moving my bag to the floor. This was something that always disgusted me.  It was at that moment, I thought to myself, “How nice would it be to have a dedicated hanger for my bag so this wouldn’t happen again?” And the rest is history……

The Pocketbook Tree was designed with two key elements in mind. Style and Purpose. I wanted to create a product that would add a tasteful and upscale look to the existing atmosphere while providing customers with pocketbooks, baby bags, work bags, and the countless of other carrying bags an option to stow them safely and cleanly next to you while dining.
